APPIANO GENTILE - Two down, one to go. For Dejan Stankovic, lifting the Champions League trophy in Madrid "will be the icing on the cake after a wonderful year. The final is like a prize for me and my team-mates after such an important and successful season."

Speaking on Inter Channel during Tuesday's media open day, the Serbian midfielder said: "We have to prepare well for this final. It will be a special evening for us and our fans. We will give everything to bring the cup to Milan. There's a bit of tension but we will be calmer after this early departure.

"It's the first final for me and for many of my team-mates. There will be a bit of emotion but this is normal. We're not scared."
