Moratti: Roma defeat boosts Inter Monday 26 April, 2010

Massimo Moratti believes Roma's 2-1 defeat to Sampdoria last night gives Inter an extra boost ahead of their trip to Barcelona.
Inter are now back on top of Serie A with a two-point lead and just three games remaining.
“After that first half, it was an unexpected result,” Moratti said of Roma's loss.
“Roma dominated, so we didn't think the result would be overturned. But then Samp played an intelligent second half, hitting at the beginning and the end.
“As for the rest, we know the quality of Samp's players very well. Now it's difficult for Roma, but it also remains difficult for us.
“The end of the championship will be passionate. I can say that this result will be reflected in the morale of our players in view of Barcelona.
“We are now only thinking about the Champions League, but it's clear that the confidence levels in our heads are very positive again.”
