版面不需要留太多积分，有个几万就行，不要超过十万，
可以跟跟尤文版一样，大部分返还给捐献的人，
版面被扣过，所以应该不够按照捐多少返还了，可以算一个比例。。。
然后每个月会新增一些积分，这些用来发奖就挺好。
