We develop and research large language models, large multi-modal models and their applications. Our mission is to build world-class language models and vision models and next-generation consumer applications based on these models. We are hiring senior engineers in our Bay Area office to work in these areas. You will have the opportunities to - Develop, train, evaluate and improve large language and multi-modal models. - Develop and improve large model training and inference serving infrastructure for efficiency and usability. - Develop generative AI products and platforms such as retrieval augmentation, reasoning & tool-use and agents.
职位要求
Minimum qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - 3 years of experience with software development in Python or C++, and with data structures, algorithms, software design and architecture. - 2 years of experience with ML/AI algorithms and tools, deep learning and/or natural language processing. Preferred qualifications - Passionate in building large and complex systems and continuously coming up with ideas to improve them. - Able to physically work from our Bay Area office at least 3 days a week. - Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related field. - 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role. Responsibilities - Work with researchers, engineers and remote teams to develop models and applications following engineering best practices. - Work with peers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, propose engineering designs, lead junior engineers and delivery project goals. - Write high-quality code, test, benchmark and integrate them into products. - Review peers' code and design proposals, write documentations and mentor junior engineers.
