Senior Optical System Designer (Grade 5)
职责描述:
1)Optical design of the equipment and test set-ups
设备的光学设计（照明系统设计，成像系统设计），参与光机设计，零部件测试及组装，光学系统集成，参与光学系统的性能测试
2)Responsible for the hardware aspects (configuration, component selection, …) of the microscopic and spectroscopic equipment on which Sioux builds applications
对Sioux承担开发的设备/仪器的成像/照明系统等进行元件选型，提供设计加工需求等
3)Close communication with the marketing department to support the requirement engineering and verification process.
与市场部门密切沟通，支持需求工程和验证过程。
4) Close communication with suppliers and requirement validation.
与供应商的密切沟通和需求验证。
5) System design of microscopic and spectroscopic equipment for the semiconductor ,healthcare, analytical markets.
用于半导体、医疗保健、分析市场的显微和光谱设备的系统设计。
6) Breakdown of the system requirements to mono-disciplinary work packages to be developed in cooperation with other engineering departments (software, mathware, mechatronics)
将系统要求分解为与其他工程部门（软件、数学软件、机电一体化）合作开发的单学科工作包。
任职要求:
1) Education and knowledge: - Master‘s degree or higher in a field related to optical engineering or similar through experience
2) Experience: - At least 3 years of experience as a 光学设计工程师 or similar experience through R&D functions - Hands-on experience with microscopic and/or spectroscopic equipment - Domain knowledge of the semiconductor or healthcare & analytical industry
3) Technical competencies and skills: - Expert knowledge of optical systems used in microscopy and spectroscopy - Good knowledge of other technologies that are used in microscopic and spectroscopic equipment (camera technology, software technology, concepts, …) - Coding skills (such as Python or Matlab) for test set-ups are a plus
4) Personal skills: - Entrepreneurial spirit - Very good communicator - Structured way of working, punctual - Strong leadership skills - Analytical minded
5) Language proficiencies: English and Chinese
