工作描述:
1.Interface with Foundry of PDK release to support design team. Develop PDKs – creating the pcells, working with the callbacks, developing technology files, etc.
2.Create component and process/project specific module libraries, Iplib and verification decks including DRC and LVS. As well as layout extraction deck and reliability deck etc.
3.Develop and maintain proprietary semiconductor PDK for full design flow, schematic entry, simulation, layout, DRC LVS, PEX, LVL and tapeout
4.Create scripts that perform complex function. Develop and maintain PDK platform with symbols, building blocks and technology files etc.
5.Create scripts that perform complex function. Apply formal release and version control to PDKs that are released. Support Tapeout.
职位要求:
1. BS/MS EE and at least eight (8+) years of experience in EDA and/or IC design environments
2. Experience with design software such as and physical verification tools
3. Proficient with scripting and programming languages, like C++ or Matlab
4. Experience with modeling & characterization
5. Experience working with PDK environments
