4. not / no more than sth, used to emphasize that a particular number, amount, distance etc is not large
不超过，至多:

It's a beautiful cottage not more than five minutes from the nearest beach.
那是一座漂亮的小房子，离最近的海滩至多五分钟的路程。

7. no more than
a. used to say that something is not too much, but exactly right or suitable
就是; 正是:
It's no more than you deserve.
这完全是你应该得到的。

b. also little more than used to say that someone or something is not very great or important
只不过; 仅仅:
He's no more than a glorified accountant.
说他是个会计师不过是个美称而已。
