Process optimization for back-end equipment
Process debugging for trouble shot
New technology and process development
New material application
Customer field support
Requirements:
Master degree , with Engineering background. Preferably in Material Science or Electrical & Electronics / Chemical Engineering / Physical Engineering / Mechanical (Graduate from Tsinghua University is advanced)
0~5 years working experience
Expert in following field will be advanced:
Plasma generator or reactor , rubber application, epoxy application, flow CAE.
Ability to work in a cross functional team
Able to work overseas
English skill: good reading and writing skill, fluent speaking skill is preferred
Position B: Senior Process Engineer. (1)
Job description:

Ph.D. with Engineering background. Preferably in Material Science or Electrical & Electronics / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical (Graduate from Tsinghua University is advanced)
0~5 years working experience
Expert in following field will be advanced:
Plasma, rubber application, epoxy application, flow CAE.
Ability to work in or lead a cross functional team
English skill: good reading and writing skill, fluent speaking skill is preferred
Technical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment.
Position C: Process Engineer (R&D) (1)
Job description:

Requirements:
Master or Ph.D. degree, with Engineering background. (Graduate from Tsinghua University is advanced)
Expert of plasma generator or reactor design or process development
