Excellent skills and proven track record in analysis of complex multi-sensor and compute constraint platforms as well as optimizing and balancing implementation efforts for multiple stakeholders/ competing requirements and identifying bottlenecks in the design phase
Strong knowledge of the state-of-the-art in 3D computer vision algorithms and techniques with a solid understanding of underlaying sensing technologies
Deep understanding of algorithms and workflows, in particular working with visual data
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Solid understanding of state-of-the-art capabilities and design of sensing and compute architectures
Track record of designing complex computer vision sensing HW and SW architectures is a big plus
Experience in recruiting and managing technical team, including coaching, performance people management is a big plus
