在现代，城市能发展得怎么样多大规模
水是关键制约因素
西边不能有大城市
例外是成都重庆，分别在岷江和长江上
周围全是长江水系
古代西安没有问题，因为社会文明程度对水的需求没有那么高
那时候可能环境也没有现在糟
不过我很喜欢西安
技术提高以后，西安的缺少解决得似乎也挺好

春夏从南下到北
秋季从北下到南
不知道是不是季风气候的特点

The core project of the "Yangtze River to Wei River Diversion Project" (引汉济渭) is the Danjiangkou Reservoir. There's a rumor that, back in the day, the location of the reservoir couldn't be decided. It is said that either Mao or Zhou looked at a map and circled a location. Later, they went on-site to assess its feasibility. I tried to search for this matter just now but couldn’t find any information. Not sure what’s going on.
