We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer to become a valued member of our IT team. We are seeking someone who has an extensive background in handling Network, Switch, AP, Printer, IP telephone, Laptop, Outlook, Teams, Edge, and Monitor.  

The key responsibilities for this role include providing maintenance services for printers. This encompasses supporting relocation, troubleshooting, toner and toner collector replacement, configuration of printers, and training end users on proper printer usage. Additionally, drafting the monthly report and collaborating with team members for effective printer management are part of the job.  

Another crucial responsibility is optimizing the performance of meeting boards. This involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring smooth installation, relocation, and maintenance of meeting boards. Updating records with detailed information such as serial number, finance asset number, location, and brand of the meeting board is also required.  

The role also entails supporting the management of all IT assets. This includes pasting finance asset numbers on devices, recording detailed information of IT assets, and assisting the audit team in checking physical IT assets.  

Furthermore, you will be leading vendors to enter sites for IT device installations or troubleshooting services. This includes training the workers and handling badge distribution.  Supporting the installation, troubleshooting, and collection of monitors is another vital responsibility.

Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies is essential for success in this role.  

The requirements for this position are as follows:

1. Familiarity with HP Printer.
2. Experience in Meeting Board troubleshooting.
3. Proven experience in IT support.
4. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
